Gunnebo Entrance Control has introduced HiSec Nova, a new generation of intelligent security portals designed for Data Centers, Critical Infrastructure, Corporate Headquarters and other high-security environments. HiSec Nova combines advanced detection technologies, elegant design and simplified installation and maintenance, while ensuring reliable single-person access control.
The new platform introduces three core innovations:
- Visira™, a new high-density digital occupancy detection technology, with the optional AI-enabled Visira™ Omni delivering advanced 3D passage analysis and accurate people counting.
- SmoothDrive™, a newly developed drive mechanism providing smooth, near-silent operation together with enhanced durability.
- NexusCore™, a new electronic architecture coordinating sensing, control and mechanical functions in milliseconds for faster system response.
The launch of HiSec Nova further strengthens the strategic collaboration between ICOMET GROUP, HEINEN and GUNNEBO, three complementary partners bringing together their expertise in physical security for data centers.

- Intelligent entrance control systems (Gunnebo), including the new HiSec Nova, together with HiSec security portals and GyroSec security revolving doors, ensuring controlled single-person access and preventing tailgating.
- Armored guard booths and secure entrance facilities (Metal Quartz / Bunkerkit®), protecting perimeter access and supporting secure visitor management.
- Faraday cages and EMC shielding solutions (Bunkerkit®), combining electromagnetic shielding with certified burglary resistance, while optionally integrating ballistic and fire protection to meet the requirements of the most sensitive environments.
